  As we were midway through the course a snake impeded our path. We were unable to back course and one of us was having a panic attack. We yelled down and got the attention of staff below. It took over an hour for anyone to reach us. We had all removed our safety harnesses as it was our only option (we were on the highest course). The staff member was very helpful once present, but he should have been there 45 minutes sooner.

  This is a must visit if you are in the Shoalhaven. If you or your kids are thrill seekers defiantly call and book. All the staff are very well trained and the course is set out well. With lower ropes for the younger kids, 4 years and older, to advanced ropes high up for the adults and teenagers. It is also reasonably priced. I honestly dont think you will be disappointed.

  The best climbing experience my kids have ever had (and they've been to lots of tree adventure parks). The combined rock, obstacle and tree challenges in such a beautiful natural setting make it a stand out winner. My son did every course and said it was literally the best day of his life! Friendly helpful staff.

  Awesome location at the zoo and on the banks of the shoalhaven river. Treetops heaps of fun for adults and kids, although if you're afraid of heights then it can be a bit challenging. Staff very helpful and friendly. I had a 15 and 12 year old and they loved it. Great experience overall.
